• Oversees the hiring, training, and management of the FCM division.
• Establishes performance expectations, goals, and metrics for division personnel.
• Reviews, approves, and oversees timecards, time off requests, and personnel actions.
• Develops preventative maintenance programs and response plans for facilities and building systems.
• Oversees the budget preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation processes.
