Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; two years supervisory experience in janitorial maintenance preferred.
• Good supervisory and communication skills required.
• Experience in landscape maintenance and custodial service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lawn Maintenance (raking, mowing, edging, fertilizing).
• Supervise Rest Room Maintenance (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, window and fixture cleaning).
• Maintain daily logs, payroll, data, checklists, or other records as required by the Operations Manager.
