Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, groundskeeping, and other maintenance teams. You will set departmental strategy, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional property presentation and reliable building systems.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating with architects and subcontractors, and minimizing disruption to guests. A strong focus on safety, training, and guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service and hospitality skills.
• Demonstrates good problem solving and listening abilities.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing maintenance workflows and budgets is preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and MS Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Facilities Department personnel and ensure proper training and appraisals.
• Maintain property presentation and environmental aesthetics both inside and out.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment; manage work orders.
• Establish safety guidelines, procedures and monitor results to meet standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors and Caesars management.
• Schedule work to minimize noise impact on guests and staff.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
