Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring for a Facilities Engineering Manager to oversee the Tahoe properties, including the Garage Fleet. You will guide maintenance programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Facilities Director and general contractors on large capital projects.

You will lead a facilities team, optimize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-efficient improvements across building systems while sustaining high service levels for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• College level courses in Business, Accounting, Mathematics; degree preferred.
• Three years experience as a People Manager.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Oracle, Tableau, and Maximo.
• Demonstrated knowledge of logistics management, inventory control, and finance management.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and aligns with Caesars values.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the facility areas’ departments for the Tahoe properties.
• Direct management of the Facilities support staff and ensure guidance and training to accomplish objectives.
• Oversees the logistics and procurement programs to ensure components are available for utilization.
• Oversee large capital projects and property modernization initiatives; liaison between Facilities Director and contractors.
• Responsible for data collection and analysis via CMMS manager inventory, productivity, work orders and records.
• Assist Director to establish department standards, guidelines, and objectives and manage budget and staffing.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment; recommend changes for reliability.
• Maintain knowledge of current maintenance techniques and procedures.
• Prepare annual objectives, capital expenditures, and budgets; manage financial performance.
