Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform minor repairs, service small appliances, and carry out routine upkeep of building systems and signage across the property.

You will assist Facilities mechanics, change light bulbs and air filters, relocate and arrange gaming tables and props, install posters and banners, and help keep guest areas clean, safe, and welcoming for all. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some background in building maintenance fields (heating/air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical).
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Upholds highest level of integrity in all situations and adheres to regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
• Run routine checks of utility systems to ensure proper operation.
• Assist Facilities mechanic II/III on repairs and maintenance duties.
• Install posters, banners and other promotional props.
• Climb ladders or use equipment to change indoor/outdoor signage.
• Relocate and arrange gaming tables, exhibits and props.
• Move, arrange and assemble office furniture and equipment.
