Job summary

ONE ALLIANCE INSURANCE MANAGERS INC is seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist in Orlando, FL. The role oversees day-to-day facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, and safety compliance to ensure a professional environment for employees and tenants.

The candidate will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, coordinate with vendors, and support workspace setups and corporate events in coordination with the VP of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in facilities management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and general building maintenance systems.
• Experience coordinating vendors, preventive maintenance programs, and facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and schedules.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify deficiencies and risks.
• Coordinate building systems maintenance and vendor relationships; compare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and recommend cost-effective improvements.
• Support workspace setup, office moves, and events in coordination with HR.
