Job summary

Orlando Senior Health Network is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance of the facility and its equipment, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. You will coordinate repair work and plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

In this role, you will keep the Director informed of issues, and in the Director's absence, assume administrative authority over the maintenance team and daily operations at our Orlando facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep building and equipment in good order.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, refrigerators, washers/dryers, generators, and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Order supplies, sign delivery slips, and unload trucks as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and practice safe work techniques; supervise maintenance staff in director's absence.
