Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Janitorial Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee multiple facilities and maintain strong client relationships from property management teams to senior executives. You will lead a team, conduct building inspections, oversee payroll and safety training, and manage inventory and supplies.

You will also support new business development and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience in facility/janitorial is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; bilingual.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer relations from property management level to senior executive level.
• Support budget preparation and vendor/contractor oversight; identify cost savings opportunities.
• Oversee ABM administration, budgetary and financial procedures and standards.
• Develop, enhance and submit professional reports and surveys on a timely basis.
• Support development of new business opportunities for ABM.
• Report to ABM District Manager and other levels of the organization.
