Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at an assigned site, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will delegate tasks, provide guidance, supervise when the Manager is absent, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety for workers and customers.

The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, supporting janitorial duties, and training new hires. Strong communication with field staff and management is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Maintain keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken, and out-of-work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building.
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
