Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience; janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to adjust work schedule to support operations.
• BOMI, IFMA, APWA, or similar facility maintenance certifications.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with assigned account(s).
• Identify opportunities and lead the team to implement process improvements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and safe work environment.
• Recruit, manage, and lead a team of professionals with focus on continuous improvement.
• Manage project schedules and budgets across the area.
• Oversee all aspects of the client’s facility physical infrastructure.
• Ensure work performed is high quality and does not impact customers.
