Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Manager in East Syracuse, NY to lead Engineering & Maintenance teams, manage financial controls, and oversee complex facility operations on a modern campus. This role emphasizes operational excellence, safety compliance, and data-driven performance reporting.

You will drive collaboration across facility managers, contracted service providers, and cross-functional teams while ensuring budget adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of mechanical, heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.
• Experience with steam plants and storm water treatment facilities.
• Corrigo CMMS work order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering & Maintenance service teams while managing financial controls and asset management.
• Maintain rigorous financial controls and reporting to demonstrate value and opportunities.
• Ensure safety compliance and certifications within the facilities and teams.
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide reporting to leadership.
