Job summary
Foley Industries is seeking a Rental Manager to provide leadership for our rental location(s) in Kansas and Western Missouri. You will oversee sales and operations, mentor staff, and drive profitable growth in a fast-paced construction equipment rental environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, P&L analysis, budgeting, and exceptional customer relations. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training or supporting other locations are
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Knowledge of construction equipment rental practices.
- Experience in P&L analysis and budgeting.
- Strong customer relations and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety while overseeing yard management, transportation, and rental coordinators.
- Build rapport with employees and customers to foster collaboration.
- Develop and mentor employees to improve performance.
- Manage outside sales reps to maximize opportunities.
- Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial planning.
- Travel for training or to assist at other locations.
