Job summary

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator for its The Woodlands, Texas headquarters. The role supports daily facility operations, budget management, MAC processes, and vendor coordination to ensure safe, efficient building performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in building operations with knowledge of electrical, fire life safety, plumbing, and contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in building operations or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing systems and contractor oversight.
• Experience with work permits, JSA, Lockout/Tagout and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for Property Management and Business Services.
• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, service requests, and vendor scheduling.
• Track work orders, preventive maintenance, and building inspections for timely completion.
• Maintain records on utilities, safety inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Manage building automation system adjustments and support office moves or equipment installs.
• Collaborate with procurement to vet contractors and track compliance.
