Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related training and 3 years of relevant maintenance experience (or equivalent).
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Some positions may require Pesticide Applicator’s License, Freon Certification, CFC, CDL Class A, or ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work, coordinate projects and prepare business documents.
• Troubleshoot systems related to area of assignment.
• Maintain and procure inventory and supplies.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Coordinate projects and reviews with supervisors.
• Facilitate group discussions and analyze situations to define issues.
