Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as a lead to lower level staff by prioritizing and assigning work.
• Repairs and maintains district buildings, fixtures, and systems; handles emergencies.
• Installs, modifies, maintains equipment and materials as assigned.
• Inspects facilities and ensures periodic servicing.
• Prepares and maintains work orders, drawings, and blueprints records.
• Maintains and procures supplies, tools, and vehicles.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
