Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversees district custodial staff or contractors and assigns work, supporting performance evaluations.
  • Inspects facilities to ensure proper operation and safety in line with district standards.
  • Monitors maintenance of systems and equipment, schedules work, and orders supplies.
  • Provides responsive customer service to staff, administrators, parents, vendors, and students.
  • Coordinates facility events, setups, and teardown, including athletics and gymnasiums.
  • Responds to emergencies and maintains accurate logs, reports, and schedules.
