Job summary

Qualifications

• Combined education and experience equivalent to 1–3 years in maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily facility operations and maintenance across multiple buildings.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Operate and track work orders; coordinate with safety programs and EH&S.
• Support event setup, lab moves, and equipment relocation.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance items and assist with procurement.
