Job summary

The Michigan State University Grand Rapids Research Center seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee and perform preventative maintenance on building systems at GRRC, Secchia Center and DMMIB. • Associate degree or equivalent in a related field or business.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance and facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of GRRC, Secchia Center and DMMIB.
• Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, and structures.
• Assist with events, lab moves and retrofits; manage work requests.
• Ensure health and safety standards and assist with compliance checks.
• Perform other duties and cross-train as needed.
