Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Inspector based at MSFC standards in Huntsville, AL.

You will monitor construction activities, review submittals in Procore, and verify progress against the project schedule. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, thorough documentation, and coordination with contractors to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; construction management degree a plus.
• 3+ years inspection experience on construction projects preferred.
• Experience as master/journeyman HVAC technician valued.
• Experience as master/journeyman electrician a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction, operations, maintenance, and repairs for conformance with contract drawings and NASA MSFC standards.
• Review submittals for accuracy and monitor via Procore.
• Evaluate progress payment requests and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily inspection reports showing progress and schedule status.
• Maintain orderly project files and RFIs, minutes, and related docs.
• Support pre-final/final inspections and punch-list resolution.
