Job summary

Terren Landscapes is seeking a Facilities Operations and Logistics Manager to develop systems for lot operations and support field activities. You will lead safety programs, manage fleet and equipment, and coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure timely material deliveries and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes organization, accountability, and proactive coordination, reporting to Maintenance Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in facilities operations, logistics or fleet management.
• Strong organizational and technological skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven leadership and training capabilities; able to guide team members.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within production lot and satellite facilities for efficient, safe operations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and training programs.
• Manage fleet, trailers and equipment via preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Oversee inventory and vendor relationships for timely procurement and availability of materials.
• Collaborate with procurement and designers to coordinate nursery facility needs and material deliveries.
• Organize training sessions on equipment use, safety, and standards across the team.
• Develop and maintain systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support logistics documentation and training to enable growth.
