HES Facilities seeks a Landscaping Manager to lead a team of landscapers, plan and execute outdoor projects, and deliver high- quality grounds maintenance for client properties. The role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, and safety while coordinating with the Operations Manager.

You will manage planting, mulching, pruning, and bed maintenance, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lead a landscaping crew and manage schedules.
• Strong communication and customer service with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling of work routes to service clients timely.
• Maintains client properties including mulching, pruning, and bed care.
• Supervises planting and design of annual flower beds; maintains lawns and grounds.
• Ensures proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, and ground features.
• Supports snow removal when necessary and assists Operations Manager.
