Pay Range: $29 to $32 per hour
What's the Job?
Monitor and manage critical building systems, including mechanical infrastructure, fire, and life safety systems through Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Conduct virtual tours of facility systems to verify proper operation and maintain knowledge of BAS functionality.
Respond to and upscale incidents that could disrupt business operations, providing technical support and troubleshooting equipment issues using BAS data.
Support building shutdown activities, ensuring proper notifications and approvals are in place, and coordinate work orders with technicians and vendors.
Prepare detailed shift reports to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity across teams.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; coursework or degree in a technology-related field is preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Understanding of technology, software applications, and computer systems.
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC systems is preferred.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
