Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Customer Support Operations Representative to support employees, visitors, and workplace operations by ensuring spaces are workday-ready and service standards remain high. You will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct daily building tours, track work orders, support events and communications, and gather employee feedback across the campus.

This role is an individual contributor focused on completing tasks and projects, collaborating with Facilities and Workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years related experience.
• General PC knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze data and use PC tools.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Screen and manage telephone calls, visitors, and communications effectively.
• Respond to routine questions and inquiries via telephone, Internet, fax, and other channels using established procedures.
• Consult with or transfer more difficult issues to the Rep II or management.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality across all interactions.
• Support events and campus communications as needed.
