Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance operations in the Northeast. This role requires overnight travel and offers the opportunity to lead a diverse team delivering safe, reliable building systems and services.

You will oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, housekeeping, grounds and laundry operations, while managing budgets, vendor relationships and client expectations to drive continuous improvement and uptime.

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager to support our facilities maintanence operations in the Northeast. This position requires overnight travel.

The idea candidate will have prior facilities maintenance management experience ideally in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical is needed. Along with prior experience overseeing housekeeping, grounds and laundry operations.

About the job

In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You'll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $94860 - $130000
