Job summary

Destiny USA, managed by Pyramid Management Group, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support daily operations of the property. You will coordinate vendor services, monitor building systems, and ensure safety and tenant experience are prioritized.

Responsibilities include managing work orders in the BITS SharePoint system, enforcing contract terms, overseeing maintenance staff, and coordinating access with tenants and contractors. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of facilities, property management, or operations experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Strong organization, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
• Problem-solving proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with scheduling.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop working relationships with tenants and vendors working as a team to produce the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor and contractor services and contracts.
• Monitor and enforce vendor contracts and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule inspections and track building system checks as required.
• Administer and track work orders in the BITS SharePoint system.
• Respond to tenant maintenance concerns with a focus on tenant experience.
• Coordinate access with tenants and contractors for repairs and after-hours work.
• Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance across teams and vendors.
• Support capital improvement projects and day-to-day operations.
