You will liaise with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors to prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completions. Proficiency in Yardi and Excel is beneficial for handling invoices and preparing procurement reports.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in maintenance coordination, managing vendor relations, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Yardi software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, repair services, and supply orders to support timely completion of property needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison among property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors, communicating priorities and following up on outstanding work.
• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and procurement processes to ensure quality, cost-effective service.
• Monitor work-order progress and vendor performance, resolving service, scheduling, and billing issues as they arise.
• Process and reconcile maintenance-related invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate documentation for accounts payable, audits, and month-end close.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activity, vendor spending, and procurement trends to identify cost savings and process improvements.
