You will serve as a central resource for planning, documentation, purchasing, and contractor coordination across the site.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate recordkeeping, with involvement in budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) with 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in administration, operations support, facilities coordination, project coordination, construction, manufacturing or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team.
• Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and communication for department initiatives.
• Track completion of required training and certifications.
• Support document control activities and ensure records remain organized and current.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new Facilities team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and department efficiency.
• Assist leadership with budget tracking and reporting.
