Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Project Engineer III to lead large-scale pharmaceutical facility projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 7+ years of project management, and experience with HVAC, WFI, Clean Steam, and GMP environments. On-site, Monday–Friday, with a competitive salary and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline required.
• 7+ years of project management and/or project engineering required.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Project knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Facility/Systems knowledge preferred.
• Project Management expertise.
• ISPE Baseline Guides knowledge.
• Multidisciplinary team management expertise.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work through ambiguous, complex situations and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for facility projects including expansion, upgrades, and cost reduction.
• Design, modification and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical systems (HVAC, Clean Steam, WFI, electrical).
• Ensure regulatory compliance for facility and processes.
• Autonomously manage major capital projects using PM guidelines and multi-department teams.
• Contribute to long-term company objectives.
• Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for external firms and vendors.
• Maintain engineering documentation per regulatory standards and SOPs.
