Job summary
Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Facility Engineer to lead capital and process improvements in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will design, modify, and troubleshoot systems such as HVAC, Clean Steam, WFI, and electrical, while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and PowerPoint required or preferred.
- Experience in Project Management/Project Engineering preferred.
- Experience with Pharmaceutical Facility/Systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for facility projects including expansion and upgrades.
- Contributes expertise in facility engineering design, modification and troubleshooting of pharma systems such as HVAC, WFI, electrical.
- Assists in regulatory compliance with local, state, federal and international agencies.
- Manages capital and expense facility projects following Project Management Guidelines.
- Collaborates with Maintenance, QA, Manufacturing, Validation, Finance, and external partners daily.
- Develops detailed specifications and RFQs for A&E firms and equipment manufacturers.
