You will coordinate vendors, manage service requests, and assist with space planning under the guidance of the Corporate Facilities Manager.

This early-career role emphasizes tenant experience, documentation, and collaboration with external service providers to maintain compliant, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of facilities, property management, or operations experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support HQ operations and serve as on-site contact.
• Coordinate vendor access, badging, and schedules.
• Track service requests and maintain documentation.
• Assist with space planning and moves.
• Support budget tracking and reporting.
