Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, seeks a Director of Facilities to lead end-to-end operations for 1.8M+ sq ft campus in Virginia. You will manage a skilled team, oversee power infrastructure, water systems, and capital projects to support growth.

This high-visibility role requires expertise in high-voltage systems, regulatory compliance, and energy management. You will partner with utilities, regulators, and contractors to ensure safe, reliable facilities that

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management in large-scale industrial/manufacturing.
• Director-level experience overseeing multi-building campuses (≥500,000 sq ft).
• Proven capital construction project delivery and budget accountability.
• Expert in high-voltage electrical systems and campus utility management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and BAS.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facilities operations for 1.8M+ sq ft campus.
• Lead capital projects from scope to turnover and manage vendors.
• Ensure safety, compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and ISO 45001.
• Coordinate with utilities for service upgrades and capacity planning.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance and energy programs.
