Responsibilities

• Telephoning hotels and motels to substantiate monthly cost allocations.
• Request folios to be matched against invoices and employee names for accuracy.
• Prepare travel data for statistical reports across all company divisions.
• Daily data entry and statistical compilation for department reports.
• Gathers information and books travel using proprietary software.
• Assist employees with travel arrangements.
• Compile and report travel statistics across disciplines.
• Rotating schedule required.
