Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment or consulting.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency call support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair services to maintain client satisfaction.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support with site attendance.
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors.
• Assist in development and management of operating budgets.
• Report performance metrics to clients and stakeholders.
