JLL in St. Paul, MN seeks a Facility Administrator to backbone daily site operations, handling shipping, onboarding support, and essential facility services.

This role blends logistics with administrative excellence, serving as the liaison between occupants, vendors, and management. You will manage shipments, conduct analytics on shipping data, and coordinate vendor relationships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of corporate or third-party service experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with client interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments and prepare domestic and international packages.
• Sort daily mail and create shipping analytics dashboards.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain client system rosters.
• Coordinate facility management, work orders, and security protocols.
• Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and service agreements.
• Support health and safety compliance and emergency procedures.
