Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls with appropriate greeting and resolve issues or transfer to staff.
• Enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic form.
• Monitor and respond to email requests via customer service accounts.
• Oversee work order control and management and dispatch facilities technicians.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and distribute as needed.
• Ensure alarm notifications are reported and addressed promptly.
• Generate and distribute end of shift reports to facilities team.
