Job summary

Proficient computer skills and software applications.

Responsibilities

Oversees and monitors building automation and energy management systems; reports equipment failures.
Monitors the fire alarm computer system to ensure proper notification of response personnel.
Coordinates and assigns maintenance requests; dispatches facilities technicians for emergent situations.
Prepares and maintains logs, reports, and records.
Performs parameter entry for designated areas of the building automation system.
Manages third-party campus response for critical systems (fire alarms, medical gas, water flow, elevator entrapments).
Serves as after-hours parking coordinator; handles emergency gate phone and parking payments.
Coordinates on-site contractors with facilities personnel.
Oversees travel vehicle check-in/check-out and documentation.
