Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative support or facility operations experience.
• Experience with CMMS and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS work orders and PMs; track progress.
• Coordinate vendor proposals and site walks.
• Process POs and ensure timely payments.
• Support Facility Manager and compliance documentation.
• Assist with inventory and event support.
