Job summary

JLL is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager in Nashville, TN to support daily operations and maintenance for a client facility. You will help manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and organization, with a daytime Monday–Friday schedule and a salary in the 33.65–36.05 USD/hr range. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in facilities, property management, or building operations.
• Experience using CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred).
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Management team with operational planning and maintenance coordination.
• Manage and track work orders through the CMMS platform and KPI metrics.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and one-month look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to minimize disruption.
• Assist with event coordination, mail delivery, and general facility support.
• Inspect janitorial and landscaping services and address deficiencies.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests with timely follow-up.
