Seacoast Bank is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Coordinator in Florida to assist the Facilities Director in prioritizing projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring operations stay within budget. The role includes relocating office furnishings, maintaining fixed assets, and coordinating routine upkeep across owned and leased facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2–3 years in repair/maintenance, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Competenze

High school diploma required, some college or trade school preferred.
2 - 3 years’ experience in a repair and maintenance environment required.
Ability to frequently lift 70 pounds required.
Valid Florida driver’s license and an excellent driving record required.
Basic mathematical and record keeping skills required.
Knowledge of repair and service for telephone and office equipment.

Mansioni

Prioritize and monitor work requests until completed.
Routine maintenance and repair of premises and fixed assets at all facilities.
Complete assembly/disassembly and movement of furniture; heavy lifting required.
Operate company vehicles safely and conduct vehicle maintenance inspections.
Maintain records of fixed asset relocations and productivity.
