Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, etc.
• Point of contact for front-line client requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks (corrective and preventative).
• Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and teammates' output.
• Operate within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
