Job summary

UG2 is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the full performance of facility services for a key account. You will drive client satisfaction, manage budgets, and lead site management across shifts to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the client facilities team and vendors, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and quality, and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment and team development.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or postgraduate qualification in Management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and shifts.
• Experience in facility management or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total performance of facility services for the account.
• Lead management and supervisory teams across all shifts and train site managers.
• Coordinate resources with client facilities management, vendors, and department heads.
• Maintain knowledge of bid and contract documents and manage unionized and non-unionized workforces.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct recruitment efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.
• Plan activities to ensure high client satisfaction and optimize vendor relationships.
• Review contracts and monitor staffing levels for optimal utilization.
• Prepare labor and expense budgets and generate financial reports.
