Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee facility services, drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and foster a positive workplace environment. The role supports strategic initiatives and ensures delivery of top‑tier facility management across sites.

The candidate should have 4–7 years in facility management, strong communication, and budget experience, with flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Facility Management, Project Management, Management or related field.
• 4–7 years of facility management or related experience.
• Data Center experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of business administration with budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead management and supervisory teams across all shifts, developing standardized operational procedures and providing training and support for site managers.
• Coordinate resources with internal teams, vendors, and department heads to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Maintain facility management practices and oversee both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
• Develop, track, and manage an annual maintenance schedule and communicate with stakeholders.
