Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with liability coverage.
• Ammonia refrigeration certification or must obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of maintenance associates.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Develops work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Coordinates emergency response and safety training initiatives.
• Oversees asset purchases, inventory, and vendor relationships across facilities.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA and related regulations.
