Sysco Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance across production lines, utilities, MHE, and fleet where applicable. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and urgent repairs to maximize equipment reliability. Strong leadership and multi-shift experience are essential.

The candidate will lead safety programs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement using KPI data and root-cause analysis to raise reliability and performance.

Formación

• Seven (7) plus years leading and managing a maintenance organization in a manufacturing environment.
• Ten (10) plus years of equipment/facility maintenance and repair experience.
• Project management/capital improvements and budget management experience.
• Experience with maintenance management software and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with spare parts inventory management.
• Experience with lockout/tagout, hazard analysis, hot work permits, confined spaces, etc.
• Troubleshooting electronic controls and electrical components (high/low voltage); motors, relays, PLCs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety in the department and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC and related regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, repair and reliability of production equipment, utilities, MHE, facilities, and fleet (if applicable).
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance and operations staff; drive continuous improvement and reliability metrics.
• Manage headcount, staffing, and shift coverage including overtime and emergency response.
• Administer CMMS for work orders, parts inventory, and PM task lists.
• Control monthly expenses for repairs, parts, consumables, and overtime.
• Lead capital projects from proposal through commissioning, including budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance inspections and audits for refrigeration, electrical systems, and process utilities.
