Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Valid state driver's license with liability coverage meeting company standards.
• Ammonia and Freon system knowledge.
• OSHA/EPA regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manages the daily work and safety of associates engaged in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, beverage department, power industrial equipment, MHE, automation, and security.
• Oversees labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
• Coordinates emergency response and crisis management activities with local agencies.
• Maintains relationships with third-party vendors and ensures maintenance and security operations run smoothly.
• Establishes preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment.
• Performs audits and documentation to ensure compliance and safety standards.
