Coordinates/processes the administrative workload for the Facilities Management department and their associated projects. Serves as a liaison between the department office and other departments through The MetroHealth System and/or outside visitors (i.e., vendors, contractors, inspectors, and other authorities having jurisdiction). Performs timekeeping and payroll duties for the department. Processes work orders, purchase orders, and repair orders through various computerized systems. Processes/maintains a diverse abundance of internal/external documents specifically related to compliance requirements and the unique operation of the Facilities Management Department. Executes job responsibilities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with minimal supervision. Ensures that all actions and documents maintain the department's professional image. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
