Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced advisor to lead a high-visibility advisory program for a federal customer. You will manage multi-project efforts across budget, accounting, and DoD/IC domains, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver critical milestones.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, 10+ years in the IC, and a PMP certification, with a proven track record leading teams in complex government environments.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent PM certification.
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 7 years leading teams in the IC.

Responsibilities

• Lead an advisory services program for a federal customer across multiple initiatives.
• Plan and execute projects with detailed milestones and cross-functional teams.
• Engage clients, translate objectives into actionable work, and deliver outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with federal budget, accounting, and DoD/IC policies.
