Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a senior financial management professional with active TS/SCI clearance to provide budget support across DoD programs. You will monitor portfolio execution, deliver analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and data integrity.

The role requires strong budgeting, project management, and regulatory knowledge, with travel up to 10% and readiness to interact with policymakers and program partners.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; 4 additional years of related experience may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years' experience with DoD budget processes; experience in acquisition pa rticularly.
• 4+ years' project management experience on contracts of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide special program budget support for CFO Compliance and AFO.
• Monitor portfolio execution and advise on funding issues to protect DAF TOA.
• Maintain knowledge of programs and support execution reviews.
• Provide decision support to FMZ leadership on budget issues.
• Coordinate with OSW and FMB to ensure FMZ data accuracy in budget systems.
• Manage security levels and ensure compliance with classification guides.
• Develop information products for FMZ leadership from budget data.
• Consolidate program documents to ensure compliance with laws and best practices.
• Provide timely fiscal analysis to customers and partners in line with statutes.
• Prepare verbal and written communications to inform FMZ leadership and customers.
• Process funds distribution documents for DoW, DAF, and mission budgets.
• Review reprogramming and realignment requests.
• Maintain FMZ budget data elements and trackers.
• Track POM/PBR impacts and congressional marks for FMZ.
