Job summary

SciTec is hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, asset tracking, and construction projects across multiple sites. You will coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, high-standard facilities operations.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in facilities management or related roles, and US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee facilities management plans for multiple facilities.
• Schedule maintenance, repairs, inspections, and services.
• Manage asset tracking and vendor contracts; coordinate with landlords.
• Lead renovations and manage space, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
