Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including building maintenance, utilities, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural integrity.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for warehouse infrastructure and material handling equipment.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
Monitor facility condition and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Ensure OSHA, fire codes, environmental regulations, and safety policies are followed.
Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with service providers and contractors; review SLAs and performance metrics.
